Oxidation of 1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-1,5-benzodiazepine oximes catalysed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and recombinant Coprinus cinereus (rCiP) was studied spectrophotometrically. The reaction rate dependences on the substrate hydrogen peroxide concentrations were investigated; values apparent KM Vmax, catalytic, oxidation reduction constants (kcat, kox kred, respectively) calculated. reactivity for reactions rCiP higher than those HRP. Since can have different structures depending pH, influence pH compounds studied. investigated buffer solution determined, pKa amino acids peroxidases responsible catalysis obtained. HRP activity dependence has a classical bell-shaped character, while complex character.
